We offer three different lawn care programs with additional service options, making it easy to customize your lawn service plan to provide the best results for your lawn.
All three services offer fertilization and weed control and provide basic soil tests to determine the best course of action to help grow the most beautiful lawn possible for your home.
In-depth soil tests are available for an additional fee. This test is conducted by our agronomist and is extremely comprehensive, providing much more information on your soil’s makeup and build.
Basic Lawn Service
This service is designed to handle your basic lawn care requirements. This service includes four applications to your lawn, a standard soil test, and all applications will be performed during the appropriate time of year to enhance your lawn.
STEP 1
Initial application of a time-released fertilizer to help promote a healthier root system. At the same time, we will apply a pre & post emergent herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds and annual grasses.
STEP 2
2nd application of a time-released fertilizer to help promote a healthier root system. At the same time, we will apply a pre & post emergent herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds and annual grasses.
STEP 3
3rd application of a balance blended fertilizer to help promote a healthier root system. At the same time, we will broad leaf selective herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds as needed.
STEP 4
The final application to your lawn will consist of a Fall/ Winterizer fertilizer treatment. This service will provide nutrients for winter hardiness and overall better turf quality.
Deluxe Lawn Service
This service is designed to meet more than your basic lawn care requirements. This service includes five applications to your lawn, a standard soil test, and all applications will be performed during the appropriate time of year to enhance your lawn. This program is ideal for weed prone lawns that are hard to maintain.
STEP 1

Premium Lawn Service
This service is designed to meet the most stringent lawn care requirements and ensure your lawn looks it’s best. This service includes seven lawn applications, and is ideal for pest, disease, and weed prone lawns. It is also ideal for lawns that have had previous problems with grubs, lawn diseases and are on a fully automatic irrigation system.
STEP 1
Initial application of a time-released fertilizer to help promote a healthier root system. At the same time, we will apply a pre & post emergent herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds and annual grasses.
STEP 2

A systemic insecticide treatment will be applied to your lawn to help treat and prevent ground and turf insects such as grubs, mole crickets, fleas, ticks, ants etc.
STEP 4
3rd application of a balance blended fertilizer to help promote a healthier root system. At the same time, we will broad leaf selective herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds as needed.
STEP 5
A systemic lawn fungicide will be applied to your turf to help prevent common lawn diseases like brown patch, red thread, smut, and dollar spot.
STEP 6
6th application of a balance blended fertilizer to help promote a healthier root system. At the same time, we will broad leaf selective herbicide to help control broadleaf weeds as needed.
STEP 7
The final application to your lawn will consist of a Fall/ Winterizer fertilizer treatment. This service will provide nutrients for winter hardiness and overall better turf quality.
